Breast Augmentation

The surgery for breast augmentation requires either a fat transfer or inserting an implant (made using silicone gel or saline) through a small incision and positioning it either behind the chest muscle or beneath the breast tissue itself. The actual approach and placement of the implant or fat is customized according to each woman’s skin, the amount of native breast tissue, her desired results, the presence of any developmental anomalies and other individual characteristics. If needed, a breast lift can be performed at the same time to enhance the final result.
